What is "SOGECASH NET"?
A
SOGECASH NET is Societe Generale´s online banking service for Individual Retail customers, Businesses and Professionals that allows your business´cash to be managed remotely and in complete safety.
Being away from your branch and as a SOGECASH NET subscriber, at any time daily.
You can have:
• Information on your accounts: balance, account statement, details of forecasted movements
• Online services: downloading forms, etc...
You may carry out :
• Transfers.
• File transfert.

Who can access SOGECASH NET ?
A
This service is available to all of Societe Generale’s Individual Retail customers, Businesses and Professionals. To subscribe, you need to sign a SOGECASH NET contract with your Customer Advisor. Once you have subscribed and depending on the chosen mode of authentication, your Digipass will be provided.

What equipment do I need to access SOGECASH NET website ?

You need a computer with internet connection and a version of Internet Explorer compatible with the SSL powerful encryption system (Secured Socket Layer) to 128 bits.

How much does it cost to have access to BANKONLINE?
A
Monthly subscription to SOGECASH NET is from FCFA 5000 for Individual Retail customers and from FCFA 18,000 for Businesses and Professionals (excluding communication and Internet connection costs). For more details, please contact your Customer Advisor.

What should be done when one of the users leaves the company?
A
Simply fill in the user identification endorsement. The document is downloadable and available on the subscriber page. Of course, you will need to get the Digipass back that had been assigned to the user.

How secure is BANKONLINE?
A
SOGECASH NET ensures security and confidentiality of your data and bank transactions with Digipass, a tool that generates OTP (one time password) that is to say unique algorithms (unknown to criminals). These passwords (a series of 6 digits) can be used only once. Password validity period: 30 seconds.

Since access is via the Internet, are there any risks of fraudulent transactions?
A
All transactions via BANKONLINE are subject to signature. For security measures, the customer must define internally the different levels of authorisation for each user.

A

What codes are required to access BANKONLINE?

To use BANKONLINE, you need:
1. A subscriber code (ID) that was sent to you by email after activating your subscription,

What should I do if I lose my subscriber code or authentication device?
A
If you have forgotten your subscriber code or lost your authentication device (Token), you can contact the customer helpdesk service who will forward your subscriber code or provide a new authentication device (Token) that will be hand delivered to you. Once the request has been made, we recommend that you do not to use your BANKONLINE subscription until you receive your new authentication device in order to avoid blocking access to the service again.
